TERMS OF USE:

The TenantApps™ website Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a valid and binding agreement between Ideal Applications, LLC, with principal offices at P.O. Box 1810, Pismo Beach, California 93448 (“Ideal”) and the User (“User”) agreeing to these Terms. User must agree to these Terms in order to use the TenantApps™ website ("Site"). Ideal reserves the right to update the Terms of Use for this Agreement at any time without additional notice to Users. The most current version of the Terms can be reviewed by clicking on the hypertext link located at the bottom of the homepage. If you disagree with the Terms of Use, you may not use the Site.


SECTION 1 - User Access: In order to use the services provided on the Site, users must enter a code provided by the Landlord for the specific company/property to which they are applying to become a tenant.


SECTION 2 - User Information: Use of our Site requires Users to enter various forms of information of a personal/financial nature (ie. contact, job, familial, and banking information). We also collect limited financial information when payment of any application fee is made. The information is used solely to provide a means for submitting an online tenant application, and paying any application fee to the company/property when User submits their information. User information is not stored by Ideal for any other purposes.


SECTION 3 - Security of Information: Ideal maintains secure browser connections throughout the entire application so your information stays safe. All payment information is encrypted to the highest standard available.


SECTION 4 - User Fees: There are no fees charged to Users of this site by Ideal. Landlords may, at their discretion, charge an application fee to users at the time of submission. In this case, the amount of any application fee will be displayed on the payment page at the time User submits their application for consideration by Landlord.


SECTION 5 - Description of Services: TenantApps™ provides access to an Internet-based portal for rental property owners/managers (the “Participating Landlords”) and their prospective tenants, which facilitates electronic submission of a tenant application and payment services for any application fee. Users, as prospective tenants of a Participating Landlord, are eligible to use the services to submit a tenant application and pay any application fee. Payments made through the Service will be remitted to the Participating Landlord, and User will receive a timely written confirmation from TenantApps™ acknowledging the receipt of payment. It is the Participating Landlords' responsibility to respond to these applications. This service is provided solely as a means of submitting factual information to Landlords for their consideration in filling vacancies. Any other use is prohibited.


SECTION 6 - Privacy Notice: Ideal does not share or sell any of your information to anyone.


SECTION 7 - Prohibited Use: As a condition of your use of the Site, you will not use it for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our server, or interfere with any other User’s ability to use the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any of the Site’s features or computer systems, through hacking or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Site.


SECTION 8 - Relationship: Ideal and User understand and agree that this Agreement shall only govern the relationship between the two parties, and that no contractual relationship shall exist between Ideal and any TenantApps™ website User.


SECTION 9 - Trademark: Elements of the TenantApps™ website are protected by trade dress, trademark, unfair competition, and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. No logo, graphic, sound or image from the Site may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by Ideal in writing.
